In my quest for business strategy consulting firms in India, I came across Avalon Consulting whcih I found to be very responsive and professional.

More about them here : Avalon Consulting , setup in 1989, is an international management consulting firm that advises clients across the world on corporate strategy, business transformation and innovation.
